Build Your Express Entry Profile
As already stated, the CEC pool of candidates is handled by the Federal Express Entry programme. But you need to build an Express Entry profile online to apply for the program.
According to the CRS, your Express Entry profile is given a score out of a possible 1,200.
Then your profile ranks among other profiles in the Express Entry pool based on scores of the Detailed Ranking System.
These points take into account your age, job experience, ability to speak a language, education, and many other factors. Candidates with the top ranked Express Entry profiles are invited by regular draws held by IRCC to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
Express Entry is a modern online application framework for categories of economic immigration, such as the Class of Canadian Experience.
